Project - Stancombe Quarry. Location - Bristol. Value - £6m. Client - Wimpey Minerals. Contract. Fairport Engineering undertook the turnkey contract to design and build a complete quarry plant. The plant was designed to handle 650 tonnes of limestone per hour. This included the Primary, secondary and tertiary crushing, screening, storing and outloading operations. The 'fast track' design and build contract took 13 months to complete, with the first phase completed in 7 months. |
