Project - Ash Handling Plant. Location - Thetford, Norfolk. Value - £1.8m. Client - Taymel. Contract. Fairport Engineering undertook the contract to design, build and commission a complete Ash Handling Plant. The Plant has been designed to handle high temperature (150ºC - 430ºC) highly abrasive material. The Project involved, ash cooling screw conveyors, Dense Phase Conveying, Air Receivers, Blow Pots, Blow Lines and Hoppers. Ash Storage Silos and supporting structure. |
