As you can imagine we have received many requests concerning year 2000 conformity and although these follow a common theme, the information requested has been varied and diverse. To this end this comment has been formulated as a broad base response intended to cover all potential queries.
As part of our commitment to achieving conformity we have instigated a programme to ensure that our business procedures will not be adversely affected when we reach the year 2000 and the century date change occurs. Our programme follows the Construct IT Centre of Excellence, Year 2000 Health Check Programme, as endorsed by Action 2000 to achieve conformity as defined by the BSI Document - DISC PD2000-1:1998, 'A Definition of Year 2000 Conformity Requirements.'
Our Target for Completion of our Year 2000 conformity programme is June 1999.
