The full turnkey project including civils, electrical engineering and installation, the supply and installation of process equipment and machines. The stone washing plant eliminates the problem of large quantities of dirty stone quarried by RMC.
The process uses a washing drum and then a two decked washing screen to clean stone down to 5mm. A vibrating de-watering bed recovers stone between 5mm-300mm and filter presses are used to recover the clay fraction. Cleaned and screened the stone is then sent through to the Kilns by conveyor belt.
